Senior Financial Planner

We have an excellent opportunity for a senior financial planner to join the financial planning team in a wealth management firm based in Dublin. In this role, you will collaborate closely with private client advisers, analysing and evaluating client needs and objectives. You will engage directly with clients and external providers, clarifying details, identifying opportunities, and present plans during client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Tailor personalised financial plans alongside private client advisors.

• Identify optimal solutions across various wealth management domains, including pensions, tax strategies, protection, and investments.

• Engage with clients from initial fact-finding to presenting comprehensive financial plans.

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of work completed by team members.

• Actively contribute to process enhancements and innovative solutions.

Skills

• Must hold a QFA certification or equivalent qualification meeting the Minimum Competency Requirements set by the Central Bank of Ireland.

• CFP certification (either partially or fully certified) is advantageous.

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in financial services, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of financial planning.

• Proven expertise in various financial planning products, services, and strategies, inclusive of legislative and tax considerations.

• Exceptional numerical proficiency with meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding oral and written communication skills for effective presentation and interaction.
